if I remember correctly, this issue has something to do with bad version of Simconnect, so I recommend installing all versions.

Unfortunately, this is about the only thing I can say about this, because despite us knowing about this issue, we were never able to replicate it.

Hi, I probably know where your issue is. Yesterday, we have identified a significant bug in the Maintenance Tool, which caused the aircraft scanning not to do anything. We have resolved it at the same day, and already pushed a new version out. When you reinstall your scenery, it should work as usual.
