Jetway at Gate 17 not in correct position

Hi,

I have a couple of questions.
I recently installed LKPR in P3Dv5. I also ran the Scan Liveries/Aircraft function and manually added the various aircraft.cfg references for the Aerosoft Airbus A320.

When I subsequently flew in to the airport, I requested Gate 17. Upon arrival at the gate, the jetway was parked at such a oblique angle across the parking T. See attachment. Do you know why this is?

Note: When I restarted P3Dv5 and positioned a new aircraft at Gate 17, then the jetway was aligned and parallel to the taxi in line/parking T.


Also, I read there is an automatic version checker/updater for the scenery. Where can this be found or when does this run?

Hi Mark,

if I remember correctly, this issue has something to do with bad version of Simconnect, so I recommend installing all versions.

Unfortunately, this is about the only thing I can say about this, because despite us knowing about this issue, we were never able to replicate it.

Thanks for the info. Yes its a bit weird.

I did go ahead and install the other versions of Simconnect.

Just for the record, Simconnect v61295 was already installed but i went ahead and installed the other two versions:

FSX RTM: 60905
FSX SP1: 61242

There's nothing later than this version correct?These are the versions I found in the /Redist folder for P3Dv5.
